NoUMD Plugin is a very simple PSP plugin that disables the PSP's UMD drive.
I made it for a my fan and only later he shared it publicly, so I think it has to be inserted in my “official” project now
I didn't know why he asked for a similar tool, but at the end it became useful to me too, infact I have the UMD drive broken and now, if i don't use this plugin, my PSP freezes at startup trying to load the UMD drive:

The only way to fix this issue is to insert a real UMD in the drive or just to enable this plugin.

Another feature of this plugin is to fix the following error at startup:

That in English should be “Unable to read the disk”.
